Unsold Claim
The managed unsold claim features in the outlet application keep track of all unsold claims raised by the outlet. This functionality allows outlets to monitor the status and decisions made by the company regarding these claims. Providing transparency into the claims process, helps outlets stay informed about the resolution of unsold issues and facilitates smoother communication with the company
The listed records of unsold claims will be displayed in the 3 tabs to show the status of warranty claims
Pending: It will display all unsold claims that are pending for decision.
Approved: It will display all unsold claims that are approved by the company
Rejected: It will display all unsold claims that were rejected and considered as not eligible for unsold claim
Step to Navigate
Step 1: Go to the side menu
Step 2: Navigate to “Warranty Management ”and expand the menu
Step 3: Click on “Manage Unsold Claim” and check all the serial keys for which unsold claim are raised
Step 4: Navigate between the Approved, Pending, and Rejected tabs to check serial keys from different statuses.
