Pro-rata Warranty Claim

The pro-rata warranty claims feature allows outlets to view all warranty claims that were pro-rata approved or rejected. This functionality provides detailed insights into each claim, showing the amount of pro-rata warranty applied when approved. For rejected claims, it specifies the reasons for the rejection, offering clear explanations to help outlets understand the decision-making process. This transparency ensures that outlets can track the status of their claims and manage their warranty issues more effectively.

All listed records will be organized into two tabs, categorizing them based on their status—approved or rejected. This streamlined view allows outlets to easily navigate and access the information relevant to their warranty claims.

Tabs :-

  • Approved: Displays all claims that have been approved with pro-rata coverage.

  • Rejected: Lists all claims that were rejected in pro-rata with their reasons for rejection.

Step to Navigate

Step 1: Go to the side menu

Step 2: Navigate to “Warranty Management ”and expand the menu

Step 3: Click on “Manage Pro-rata Warranty Claims” and check all the serial keys for which pro-rata claims raised

Step 4: Navigate between the Approved and Rejected tabs to check serial keys from different statuses.
