🔏User Authentication
The user authentication allows users to access the system by entering their credentials
1. Phone Number
On the login screen, locate the "Phone Number" field. Enter your registered phone number in the provided space. Ensure accuracy to successfully proceed with the login process.
2. Password
Below the phone number field, you will find the "Password" section. Enter your password in the designated area. To view the characters you're typing, click the "Show Password" option. This ensures you are entering the correct password.
3. Remember Me
Adjacent to the password field, find the "Remember Me" toggle switch. Turn On this switch if you want the system to remember your login credentials for future sessions. Turn Off if you prefer to enter your login information each time.
4. Forgot Password
In case you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link provided on the login screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password securely. Ensure you have access to your registered phone number for the password recovery process.
5. Login Button
Once you have entered your phone number and password, click on the "Login" button to access the system. Ensure that the information entered is correct before proceeding. If there are any errors, the system will provide relevant feedback on the top right corner of the screen to guide you in resolving the issue.
