Company preference settings enable centralized management of system-wide data and configurations. This includes managing stock visibility, updating logos, adjusting general settings like notifications and SMS preferences, and handling warranty options.

Logos
Centrally Manage the logos displayed within the application or system, allowing for customization and branding.
General Settings
Receive SMS- Set up and manage the system's capability to send SMS messages, which may be used for notifications or communication.
Export and Display Range- Define the range of data that can be exported or displayed within the system.
Outlet Approval - Manage the approval process for outlets, ensuring they meet certain criteria before being accepted or included in the system.
Mandatory inclusion of sale date- Set the requirement for including the sale date in transactions or records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Designation and Department- Configure settings related to user designations and departmental structures within the system. Additionally, users can add new options to these fields.
Warranty claims Option
The Warranty Claim option is centrally managed and accessible through the web, outlet, and service engineer interfaces. This centralized management covers fields such as the cause of failure, reason for rejection, and reason for goodwill approval. It offers users the flexibility to enable or disable specific options for selection, ensuring that only relevant choices are presented. Additionally, users can add new options to these fields, allowing for customization and adaptability to various scenarios.
Sales Order Due Date
Set up and manage due dates for sales orders, helping to track and ensure timely fulfillment.
Stock
Default Selection- Configure default selections for various options such as warehouse, outlet, and product within the system to streamline the display of stock. By setting default selections, users can quickly view and manage inventory data without the need to manually choose these options each time. This includes:
Warehouse Default Selection: Set default warehouses to be displayed when accessing the warehouse stock, allowing for immediate visibility into stock levels and movements within the selected warehouses.
Outlet Default Selection: Configure default outlets for the outlet stock, enabling users to promptly access and monitor stock information for the most relevant outlets.
Product Default Selection: Choose default products to be displayed in both the outlet and warehouse stock, ensuring that key products are always visible for tracking and management.
Warehouse Stock Visibility Management- Control the visibility of stock information within warehouses, determining the product level and stock aging in the warehouse.
Outlet Stock Visibility Management- Control the visibility of stock information within outlet, determining the product level and stock aging in outlet.
