Manage and Track Claim

Check and manage warranty requests raised by customers. Keep track of warranty status, expiration dates, and manage replacements or repairs seamlessly. Monitor the warranty status of products sold, ensuring that you stay on top of customer satisfaction.

In the list view, we are maintaining different attributes that will identify each warranty request separately.

The tabs are

  • Pending: It will display all outlet warranty requests that are pending the decision.

  • Approved: It will display all warranty requests that are approved as valid claims and are eligible for a serial key replacement

  • Rejected: It will display all warranty requests that were rejected and considered as not eligible for serial key replacement

Step to Navigate

Step 1: Go to the side menu

Step 2: Navigate to “Warranty Management ”and expand the menu

Step 3: Click on “Manage Warranty” and check all the serial keys for which warranties are raised

Step 4: Navigate between the Approved, Pending, and Rejected tabs to check serial keys from different statuses.

Track Warranty

When users click on the see details, they will seamlessly be redirected to the Warranty Track page. This dedicated page offers a comprehensive overview of the specific warranty request, presenting detailed information about the requested date and decision date, the outlet that raised the warranty, the cause of failure that led to the warranty request, and a chronological activity timeline that tracks the entire handling process.

Step to Navigate to Track Warranty

Step 1: Go to side menu

Step 2: Navigate to “Warranty Management ”and expand the menu

Step 3: Click on Manage Warranty

Step 4: For the warranty card on Manage Page, click on See Details

Step 5: User will be redirected to Track warranty details page, and can check all the details of warranty
