Raise Claim
The Raise Claim page empowers outlets to initiate warranty claims for customers seamlessly. Outlets begin by entering the serial key on the Raise Claim page. The system validates the serial key to ensure it is both valid and registered within the system. Upon successful validation, outlets are automatically redirected to a dedicated page displaying essential details related to the entered serial key. Information such as product details, warranty status, and purchase history are visible for reference. Outlets proceed to add specific details related to the warranty claim like whether the raised warranty is regular warranty or unsold warranty type. This also includes the reason for the claim, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant documentation. After entering the required information, outlets submit the warranty claim for processing. The raised warranty claim is securely stored and can be accessed on the Manage Warranty page if the warranty type is regular or the Manage Unsold claim if the warranty type is unsold. This centralized page provides an overview of all active warranty claims, allowing for efficient tracking and management.
Step to Raise Claim
Step 1: Navigate to โRaise claimโ from bottom navigation
Step 2: Alternatively Navigate to โWarranty Management โ expand the menu and click on โRaise Claim
Step 3:Enter or Scan the serial key for which the user wants to raise a claim
Step 4: Click on the Raise Claim button to validate the serial key to proceed further.
Step5: If the serial key is valid and under the active warranty status you will be navigated to the raise claim form
Step 6: Check the serial key details and add the required information to the form.
Step 7: Click on Raise Submit to raise the claim for the serial key.
