Mange Repair & Return

The Repair and Return feature in our outlet application is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of all battery-related activities associated with repair requests. This feature allows users to track and manage batteries that have been submitted for repair, as well as those that have been returned to the customer after servicing by the company.

The outlet will be able to view the serial key of batteries that have been submitted for repair requests to the company. This feature will also display the actions performed by company members to repair and return the batteries to the outlet. Outlets will have access to a detailed list of repair and return data, which includes crucial information such as the reason for repair, remarks, the outlet to which the battery was sold, the requested date, and the return date. This comprehensive overview ensures that outlets can efficiently track the status and history of each battery repair request.

The list of serial keys raised in repair and return requests will be organized into two distinct tabs for better clarity and management

  • Repair Requests: This tab will display all serial keys that have been submitted for repair and waiting for repair and return from the company

  • Returned Items: This tab will list all serial keys that have been repaired and returned to the outlet

Step to Navigate

Step 1: Go to the side menu

Step 2: Navigate to “Warranty Management ”and expand the menu

Step 3: Click on “Manage Repair and Return” and check all the serial keys for which add from repair and return

Step 4: Navigate between the repair request and return tabs to check serial keys from different statuses.
