Manage Warranty Claim
The Manage warranty list encompasses all registered warranties for serial keys, presenting comprehensive and unified details for easy reference.
In this manage warranty page with search and list view, user can keep track and manage warranty requests.
Search and filter
Enable users to easily find and refine details by implementing search and filter options based on various attributes, ensuring users can access relevant data according to their specific search criteria.
List view
This provides a comprehensive list view of all warranty requests, enabling efficient tracking, management, and decision-making.
The tabs are
Pending: It will display all outlet warranty requests that are pending for the decision.
Following actions will be performed on
Approve: Allow user to approved pending claim
Reject: Allow user to reject the pending claim
Raise Repair Request: Allow user to convert a claim to repair request
Approved: It will display all warranty requests that are approved as valid claims and are eligible for a serial key replacement
Rejected: It will display all warranty requests that were rejected and considered as not eligible for serial key replacement
In the list view, we are maintaining different attributes that will identify each warranty request separately.
As per the tab, the user will be able to perform different warranty actions
Pending tab:
It provides feasibility to the user to take actions on the pending requests as Approve with a valid new serial key or Reject with a valid reason for rejection.
Rejected tab:
It provides feasibility to a user to take action on Rejected warranties. The button for Goodwill Approval, allows the user to Approve the warranty request with reason of goodwill. The functionality of goodwill approval comes when the company wants to maintain good relationships with their customers/channel partners or it is a genuine case of a warranty.
Track Warranty Page
When users click on the Warranty Reference number, they will seamlessly be redirected to the Warranty Track page. This dedicated page offers a comprehensive overview of the specific warranty request, presenting detailed information about the request date and decision date, the outlet that raised the warranty, the cause of failure that led to the warranty request, and a chronological activity timeline that tracks the entire handling process.
