Settled Vendor Claims

The Settled Vendor Claims module provides a centralized platform for managing and tracking vendor claims that have reached a final resolution. This feature offers a comprehensive view of the claims process, from initiation to settlement.

The module categorizes vendor claims into two distinct tabs:

  • Unsettled Claims: This tab displays claims that are still pending settlement with the vendor.

  • Settled Claims: This tab houses claims that have been finalized, with clear indications of whether the vendor accepted or declined the claim.

By effectively managing and tracking settled vendor claims, companies can gain valuable insights into vendor performance, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Track Settled Vendor Claims

The Settled Vendor Claims module provides detailed tracking information for all claims that have reached a final resolution. This module offers visibility into the claim settlement process and its outcome.

  • Comprehensive Claim Details: Displays essential information about each settled claim, including claim number, vendor details and settlement date

  • Settlement Status: Clearly indicates the final outcome of the claim, whether it was accepted or rejected by the vendor.
