Claim Import and Management The system facilitates bulk import of unsold claims, allowing for streamlined data entry. Once imported, claims are categorized and assigned appropriate statuses. Company personnel can review claim details, including product information, reason for unsold, and supporting information.
Manage unsold claims and track
The Unsold Claim Management module provides a centralized platform for the company to efficiently handle and track unsold battery claims initiated by outlets. This module offers a comprehensive overview of claims at different stages of the process.
Unsold claims are classified into three distinct tabs for easy management:
Pending: Claims awaiting a decision from the company.
Approved: Claims approved by the company, with the battery scheduled for return.
Rejected: Claims declined by the company, with no action required for the battery.
Search and Filter applied
Search and filter options enable users to quickly locate specific claims based on various criteria, including outlet, product, claim date, and status.
Authorized personnel can review pending claims, approve or reject them, and provide detailed comments or reasons for the decision.
Track Unsold Claims
A comprehensive history of each claim, including status changes, actions taken, and related correspondence, is maintained for reference.
