Add warranty page provides feasibility for team members to raise warranty

On the Add Warranty page, team members are facilitated to raise a warranty on behalf of outlets by adding a few details regarding the warranty.

Team members can raise the warranty by entering the serial key and selecting the warranty request date with the selection feasibility of the past 7 days. Upon clicking the 'Check' button, the system initiates a validation process for the entered serial key. Users will then have access to a comprehensive card view, presenting detailed information associated with the serial key. This feature enables users to check the eligibility of the serial key for a warranty request.

In instances where the serial key is eligible for warranty coverage, a dedicated warranty request form will be displayed. Users can conveniently fill in the information through this form.

A decision on the warranty request, as either 'Approved' or 'Rejected,' will trigger an update to the serial key's status. Simultaneously, notifications will be sent to the relevant outlets and customers, ensuring timely communication of the decision and maintaining transparency in the warranty request process."

Import Warranty Request

An alternative and efficient method for submitting warranty requests is available through the import module. This feature enables users to upload multiple warranty requests simultaneously, significantly reducing the effort and time required for data entry, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the warranty management process.

Through this streamlined process, users can simply upload an Excel sheet containing warranty requests, providing the system with the necessary details. This not only minimizes manual data input but also ensures accuracy and completeness by leveraging the structured format of the Excel sheet.
