Track Warranty Page
When users click on the Reference number, they will seamlessly be redirected to the Repair & Return Track page. This dedicated page offers a comprehensive overview of the specific repair & return request, presenting detailed information about the request date and decision date, the outlet that raised the request, the reason for repair that led to the request and return remarks , and a chronological activity timeline that tracks the entire handling process.
