Add Repair Request

Simplify repair requests for team members with the Repair Request page, ensuring quick and easy generation

On the Add Repair request, team members are facilitated to raise a repair request on behalf of outlets by adding a few details regarding the battery serial key.

Team members can raise the request by entering the serial key and selecting the requested date with the selection feasibility of the past 7 days. Users will then have access to a comprehensive form to add all the details related to the serial key. A repair request can be generated for any registered serial key, either with or without active warranty.

An update on the repair requests as Return. It will trigger an update to the serial key's status. Simultaneously, notifications will be sent to the relevant outlets and customers, ensuring timely communication of the decision and maintaining transparency in the request process."

Import Repair Request

An alternative and efficient method for adding repair and return requests is available through the import module. This feature enables users to upload multiple requests simultaneously, significantly reducing the effort and time required for data entry, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the warranty management process.

Through this streamlined process, users can simply upload an Excel sheet containing requests, providing the system with the necessary details. This not only minimizes manual data input but also ensures accuracy and completeness by leveraging the structured format of the Excel sheet.
