Unsold Warranty Claim
The Unsold Claims module empowers service engineers to efficiently manage and resolve claims raised by outlets. This feature provides a clear overview of claims at different stages of the approval process.
Claim Status Categorization
Unsold claims are categorized into three distinct tabs for easy management:
Pending Tab: This tab displays all unsold claims that require immediate attention from the service engineer. The engineer must evaluate these claims and initiate the necessary actions.
Approved Tab: This section showcases unsold claims that have received approval from both the service engineer and the company. These claims are typically processed for further action.
Rejected Tab: This tab houses unsold claims that have been declined by either the service engineer or the company. Detailed reasons for rejection can be included to provide clarity to the outlet.
By segregating claims based on their status, service engineers can prioritize their workload and ensure timely resolution of unsold claims.
