Product Sales

Product Sales Module is a comprehensive tool for managing and analyzing product sales data. The Product Sales Module is designed to showcase a complete list of products sold from the system to outlets and retail customers. It offers insights into both verified and unverified sales, allowing for efficient tracking and management.

The module includes two tabs for organizing sales data:

  • Verified Sales: Displays a list of sales transactions that have been verified.

  • Unverified Sales: Displays a list of sales transactions that are pending verification or marked as unverified sales.

How to use product sales module?

Viewing Sales Data

Navigate between the tabs to view both verified and unverified sales.

  • Reference Number: Click on reference number to view the Product Sales details page.

  • Serial Key: Click on serial key to go to Product Kundali page to view detailed information of battery serial key

  • Outlet Name: Click on outlet name to view detailed information about the outlet to which the product was sold.

Applying Filters

Use the filter options to refine sales data based on date, keywords, manufacturer, outlet, or specific products. Click the Search button to apply selected filters.

Performing Actions

Utilize multi-select options to perform actions on multiple sales entries. Click on the action buttons, such as Search or Refresh, to manage and analyze sales data effectively.

Utilize multi-select feature to export the required amount of data efficiently. This feature enhances the user experience by allowing the selection of multiple items simultaneously and exporting the same in an excel sheet based on the selected filter options.

How to verify sell in web portal?

Step 1: Select one or more records from the 'Unverified Sales' tab

Step 2: After selecting the records, a green button labeled as 'Verify' will appear under the filter options

Step 3: Click on 'Verify' button to verify the sales data

Step 4: The selected records can also be exported in an excel sheet pre or post the sale verification
