On this page, system users can easily add and manage warehouse information in the system, inputting essential details for effective storage management. This streamlined process ensures efficient organization and retrieval of company products within the system.

Add Warehouse

"Add Warehouse" is a system feature enabling users to input and integrate new warehouse details. With just a few required fields, users can seamlessly add a warehouse to the system.

Steps to add a Warehouse

Step1: Login in Admin Portal (with valid credentials)

Step2: Open the side menu

Step3: Go to User module

Step4: Click on the "Warehouse" sub-module

Step5: Click on "Add Warehouse"

Step6: Filled the for with mandatory details and save it

Note: Users have the option to add a warehouse through the import feature, facilitating the bulk addition of warehouses to the system in an efficient manner.

After adding warehouses to the system, users can easily view the complete list of warehouses in the dedicated page. This list view displays all warehouse details, and users can take actions such as editing information or setting a default warehouse. The user-friendly design streamlines the management of warehouse details, ensuring quick access and efficient handling within the system.

The following actions will be performed on the warehouse

  • Edit: The system enables users to perform inline edits of warehouse information, providing a convenient and efficient way to update and manage details directly within the interface.

  • Set Default: The Default Warehouse serves as the primary storage facility for the company. If a product isn't assigned to a specific warehouse, it will default to the primary Default Warehouse.
