Vendor Details provides comprehensive information about a vendor and their supplied products for efficient management.
By clicking on the vendor name, it will redirect to the vendor detail page.
Steps to access outlet detail page
Step1: Login in Admin Portal (with valid credentials)
Step2: Open the side menu
Step3: Go to User module
Step4: Click on "Vendor" sub-module
Step5: Click on "Manage Vendor"
Step6: Click on "Vendor Name" from the list view
The Vendor Detail page offers comprehensive information about the vendor, including statistical data on product purchases. Three tabs: Product Overview, Warranty Performance, and Sales Performance are provided for in-depth analytics. Users can navigate through these tabs to gain insights into the vendor's overall product performance, warranty issues, and sales trends, enhancing their ability to make informed decisions and assess vendor contributions effectively within the system.
Product Overview
It will present analytics reports summarizing all products sourced from the vendor, offering a comprehensive view of their performance.
Sales To Company & Warranty Claims: This chart illustrates the vendor's product sales to the company and the associated claims raised, offering insights into both sales and claims.
Purchase History(in last 12 months): The chart visually represents the number of vendor products purchased by the company over the last 12 months
Warranty Performance
It will provide analytics reports summarizing all warranty claims raised on the vendor's products, aiding in informed decision-making based on comprehensive warranty data.
Approved Claims Widget: This will display the count of approval status of claims for the products received from the vendor, providing a quick overview of the company's experience with claim approvals.
Claim By Product: The chart offers users insights into the number of claims raised on the vendor's products, providing a visual representation for efficient tracking and analysis of product-specific claim data.
Claim By Cause of Failure: The chart will assist users in understanding the number of claims raised based on specified causes of failure in the system.
Sales Performance
It will present sales analytics reports for the vendor's products, offering insights into their market performance and sales trends
Sold to Customer & Warranty Claims (in last 12 months): This data offers details on the vendor's products sold to customers, along with information on claims raised, providing insights into product performance and customer satisfaction
Sold to Company v/s Sold to Customers: The analytics will evaluate the proportion of products sold by the vendor to the company and sold to customers, providing insights into the vendor's product sales.
