Manage Dispatch
The manage dispatch page in the warehouse app provides a comprehensive view of all dispatches, both completed and those saved as drafts. This page is divided into two distinct tabs: "Ready for Dispatch" and "Dispatched." The "Ready for Dispatch" tab displays all the orders that are prepared and saved as drafts, awaiting final approval and dispatch. Users can review, edit, delete, or finalize these draft orders. The "Dispatched" tab shows all the orders that have already been dispatched, providing a record of past transactions. This organized layout ensures that warehouse managers can efficiently track and manage all dispatch activities, enhancing transparency and operational efficiency.
Ready for Dispatch
The "Ready for Dispatch" tab offers users a range of functionalities to efficiently manage pending dispatch orders. Users can view detailed information about each dispatch, including the outlet, dispatch order number, products and quantities involved. They can also edit dispatch orders, making necessary adjustments before finalizing the dispatch. If no serial key has been added to an order, users have the option to delete the dispatch order, ensuring that unnecessary or incorrect orders can be easily removed. Additionally, orders can only be dispatched if serial keys have been added, ensuring accuracy and accountability in the dispatch process. This robust set of features enhances control and flexibility, allowing warehouse managers to effectively manage and streamline their dispatch operations.
Dispatched
The "Dispatched" tab provides users with a comprehensive view of completed dispatch orders. Users can check detailed dispatch information, including outlet details, dispatch numbers, and the products and quantities involved. This tab also allows users to download a summary of each dispatch order as a PDF, providing a convenient way to store and share records. By offering detailed insights and downloadable summaries, the "Dispatched" tab ensures that all relevant dispatch information is easily accessible, enhancing record-keeping and facilitating efficient post-dispatch management.
