Add Dispatch

The dispatch functionality in a warehouse app is designed to be user-friendly and straightforward, making the dispatch process hassle-free for the warehouse manager. Users simply need to select the dispatch date and the intended outlet, then either scan the serial key codes or manually enter them. This feature allows for the inclusion of serial keys that have not yet been inward, ensuring flexibility in managing dispatch orders. Additionally, dispatch orders can be created and saved as draft orders, offering the convenience of editing or deleting them if no serial key is added. To finalize and dispatch an order, serial keys must be present in the order.

Easily input product details into our system using a straightforward form. The user-friendly interface requires warehouse managers to fill essential fields for seamless product dispatch processing. Streamline your workflow and ensure accurate data entry effortlessly with our simplified form.

Following are the steps to dispatch products

Step 1: Open Add Dispatch from the dashboard or side menu

Step 2: Enter dispatch details of the serial key and scan or enter the serial key

Step 3: Review the total number of serial keys added in dispatch order, number of serial keys got successfully added or failed it will be displayed \

Step 4: If adding a serial key which is yet not registered in the system then after entering or scanning the serial there will be an option to map the product to those serial keys to successfully add them in dispatch order.

Step 5: From the dispatch serial key list there is an option to delete the serial key (In case, the serial key is incorrect )

Step 6: Click on the "Dispatch " button to dispatch the order or β€œSave as Draft” button to save the order as draft in the system. (To add multiple serial keys, add one serial key after the other in the text field or scan QR code which includes multiple serial keys and follow Step 2)
