Manage Repair & Return

This module allows service engineers to track the progress of repair requests. Once the product is repaired, the service engineer can generate a return request. The return request will include details about the repaired product, including its remark and reason for repair. Upon generating the return request, the system will automatically notify the respective outlet and customer about the product being ready for pickup or delivery.
