Manage Visit
The Manage Visits page is designed to provide sales executives with a comprehensive overview of their activities. This page features two distinct tabs for better organization and tracking:
Scheduled Visits:
This tab displays all upcoming visits and any incomplete visits. It helps executives keep track of future commitments and ensure that no scheduled visit is overlooked.
Visited:
This tab showcases all the visits that have been completed. It serves as a record of past activities, allowing us to take notes from the past meetings.
Mark Visited:
This functionality enables sales executives to efficiently document their visit upon arriving at an outlet. When marking a visit as completed, they can add remarks detailing the visit's outcomes, observations, or any follow-up actions needed. Additionally, the app records the executive's location at the time of marking the visit as completed, ensuring accurate tracking and verification of the visit.
