Add Visit

For future visits, the app provides a comprehensive scheduling feature that allows executives to plan weeks or even months in advance.

Sales executives have the capability to add visits for the current day or schedule future visits to outlets using the app. This feature streamlines their workflow by allowing them to efficiently manage and organize their schedules. They can input the details of their daily visits, including the outlet name, date of visit, and the purpose of the visit. They can also set reminders and receive notifications, ensuring they never miss an appointment.

Following are the steps to Add Visits

Step 1: Click on the + icon on bottom and select Add Visit or open from side menu

Step 2: Select the visit date and Outlet, If selected current date then user will be allowed to mark visit also, if selected future date it will be recorded in scheduled visit

Step 3: Click on Add visit, the visit will get scheduled.
