Add Sales Return
The Sales Return functionality is designed to be user-friendly and straightforward. Users simply need to record the serial keys of the returned items, and the system will automatically update the inventory by removing these items from the outlet stock and reflecting them back into the warehouse stock. By simplifying the return process, this feature enhances operational efficiency and ensures that the warehouse inventory remains up-to-date and reliable.
Following are the steps to sales return products
Step 1: Open Add Sales from the side menu
Step 2: Enter the serial key or scan the serial key
Step 3: Review the total number of serial keys added in serial key, number of serial keys successfully returned or failed and it will be displayed in separate lists.
Step 4: Same way it will get reflected on the web and to the outlets from where serial keys got returned.
