Scan Inward

The Scan Inward feature is a game-changer for efficient inventory management at the outlet level. This innovative tool allows outlets to seamlessly track incoming products by scanning the unique barcode or QR code associated with each item.

Once scanned, the product is instantly added to the outlet's stock inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Furthermore, the feature enables outlets to input serial keys with ease, either manually or through barcode/QR code scanning. Upon scanning a serial key, the system retrieves comprehensive product information, including details such as model, manufacturing date, and warranty status. If a serial key fails to be scanned successfully, the outlet is presented with a clear explanation for the failure.

Step to Navigate to Scan Inward

Step1. Go to Side menu from application

Step2. Click on Products

Step3. Click on scan inward

Step4. Scan inward page will open where outlet have option to enter serial key or scan to inward product
