Add Dispatch

The dispatch functionality is designed to be user-friendly and straightforward, making the dispatch process hassle-free. Users simply need to select the dispatch date , warehouse and the intended outlet, then enter serial keys with their associated products. This feature allows for the inclusion of serial keys that have not yet been inward, ensuring flexibility in managing dispatch orders. Additionally, dispatch orders can be created and saved as draft orders, offering the convenience of editing or deleting them if no serial key is added. To finalize and dispatch an order, serial keys must be present in the order.

Easily input product details into our system using a straightforward form. The user-friendly interface requires filling essential fields for seamless product dispatch processing. Streamline your workflow and ensure accurate data entry effortlessly with our simplified form.

Following are the steps to dispatch products

Step 1: Open Add Dispatch from the side menu

Step 2: Enter dispatch details of the serial key such as Dispatch date, outlet, warehouse and dispatch number.

Step 3: Create the draft dispatch order , it will be visible in web as well as warehouse app, for users to further add serial keys in dispatch order

Step 4: Edit the dispatch order and enter the serial key with their mapped products

Step 5: Review the total number of serial keys added in dispatch order, number of serial keys successfully added or failed and it will be displayed separately in the list.

Step 6: From the dispatch serial key list there is an option to delete the serial key (In case, the serial key is incorrect )

Step 7: Click on the "Dispatch " button to dispatch the order or else the dispatch order will be β€œSave as Draft”in the system. (To add multiple serial keys, add one serial key after the other in the text field and follow Step 4)
