User-Friendly Complaint Initiation: Simplifying the Process with Essential Information Form
To initiate a complaint through the outlet app, the user needs to complete a form, providing essential details related to the issue. The form ensures that users fill in the required information to effectively raise and address complaints.
Step to raise a complaint in the Outlet app
Step 1: Go to the Complaint from the side menu and Expand
Step 2: Select Raise complaint
Step 3: Fill in the required details of customer and complaint issues to raise a complaint
Step 4: By clicking on the Raise button, a complaint will be raised.
Actions on the complaint -
Outlet - By choosing an outlet, you can effectively associate the complaint with the specific location, ensuring accurate mapping. Alternatively, if the outlet information is not specified, the complaint will automatically be linked to the outlet where the corresponding serial key was sold.
Assign Service Engineer - Upon selecting a service engineer, the complaint will be promptly assigned to a specific on-field service engineer. Subsequently, the designated engineer will receive a notification, enabling them to take necessary actions to address and resolve the reported issue efficiently.
